Plate III · Under the surface

The roots do the holding.

Every entry sinks a little deeper. Weeks later you can see what held. These are the real screens, hanging where they belong.

The Journal screen: a week of day-pills with today ringed, a search field, filters and entries grouped by day.
Fig. 2 · Journal Days pile up like layers.

Search them, filter them, find the one you meant.

1today, ringed. a day not here yet is only dim.

Insights: a month in colour, one dot per day, with a few dotted outlines for days without an entry.
Fig. 3 · A month in colour One dot for each day.

Coloured by the emotion that led it.

1dotted = no entry. that's okay.

The Journal filtered to entries with an urge. Each shows a green badge: urge, rode it out.
Fig. 4 · Rode it out An urge is not an action.

Marram logs them apart, the way DBT does. The win it shows you first is the urge you rode out.

1the badge we're proudest of.

Insights: urges ridden out 7 of 8, skills by module as coloured bars, an emotion trend line chart and a button for the weekly therapist card.

Nothing here grades you. It only shows what happened.

and a few things we left out on purpose

  • streaks

A day without an entry is a dashed dot. When you're back it says "Welcome back." and nothing else.

  • scores

No number that grades your mood. Marram shows what happened, in your own words and colours.

  • food & weight

Not tracked, and not an option. For some people the counting is the harm.

  • paywalls

Anchor, the therapist PDF and your whole history are free. Help doesn't get locked.

Plate V · When it's bad

Anchor. One tap from anywhere.

It opens straight into breathing. Then three calm ways on: ride the urge with four small steps, call or text someone, or just say you're okay now. No sign-in. No paywall. Ever.

Real helplines are in there too: a worldwide finder at findahelpline.com, and 988 in the US.

In for 4 · hold 2 · out for 6

Anchor: a breathing orb, the words You're here, let's slow down, and three calm choices. Ride the wave: four small steps — cold, move, breathe, release.

Hold steady.
